Foshan Shunde Guansheng Plastics Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong joint venture enterprise, located in Shunde District of Foshan City. It was found in 2002, covering an area of nearly 20,000 square maters. We specialize in producing all kinds of PVC calendered films which are widely use in inflatable toys, stationery, raincoats, bags, and table cloths.

Our company has advanced production equipment. With professional and excellent employees, we are able to provide good quality at competitive prices and enjoy high reputation among clients. Our PVC film annual output is 30,000 metric tons.

In July 2002, our five production lines came into full usage one by one. Our first production line mainly makes common transparent film and super-transparent film. Shortly after this, our company became a best partner for plastic package and printing enterprises in Pearl River Delta. Our second production line principally produces all kinds of pneumatic films, tablecloths, bathroom curtains, stationery, raincoats, frosted polish, etc. These products quickly became key raw materials for many daily plastic products processing companies.

The second production line dramatically accelerated Guansheng's entrance into the national PVC market and won great attention and favor from foreign enterprises. Our third production line mainly makes crystal scotch tape. It greatly improved the quality of former products, put our company in the high- and medium-grade markets directly, and laid a solid foundation for our breaking into overseas markets.

The fourth production line mainly produces hard quality film and the fifth production mainly produces the same products as the second line. We are looking forward to building up a long-term business and friendly relationships with clients from all over the world for mutual benefits.
